Geneva 1991 61st international motor show poster

An original 1991 poster from the 61st international Geneva motor show. The first the Geneva Motor Show was held in 1905 and it was in 1924 that it gained international recognition. Since then the Geneva International Motor Show has become one of the most popular and influential shows in Europe and is one of the five “majors” recognized by the OICA (International Organization of Automobile Manufacturers). The posters from this show have had some iconic designs over the years and this 1991 example is a superb illustration of the striking designs that can go into these posters. It is a large poster measuring 50.5″ x 35″ which is in excellent condition (minor creases at the corners) and would be perfect for brightening up any wall. Reference: POST-GEN1991SHW-01
